How long does my item take to repair?
Items taken in for repair usually take between 7 to 14 days. Some more unusual/challenging repairs can take longer, our representative instore will tell you the approximate time. Upon completion you will receive either a text or a phone call from us. We can also email you, please let our team know if you prefer.
Which payment methods do you accept?
We accept cash and payments of all major card providers, including apple and google pay. We also accept PayPal payments. We do not accept amex.
Can you create custom Jewellery?
We are able to make all sorts of jewellery; rings, pendants, bracelets, cufflinks etc
